I coach all my athletes through RunDot, an exciting new platform utilising AI to make your training entirely specific to you, your genetic profile (if you have access to this data), the time of day, location specific environmental conditions and many more data points. This AI tool is not designed to replace the role of the coach but to give your coach the confidence that every session you are programmed is 100% specific to your relative fatigue, the conditions you are training in and that you are doing the right training at the right time, every time.
