Triathlon Coaching


Whilst I absolutely LOVE this sport, I do know that it can appear to be a bit intimidating, uber-masculine and sometimes overwhelming to those on the 'outside'. I was once a newbie and I'd love to support you through your journey into triathlon, and I promise you will love the sport just as much as I do.

Whether you've dabbled in each discipline before or are a complete beginner, I'll be your support and guide through it all; providing a training plan that fits around your life schedule and commitments, and also educate you on some of the nuances of the sport that are not always obvious.

I coach all my triathletes through TriDot , an exciting new platform utilising the power of AI to tailor your training specifically to you, your genetic profile (if you have access to this data), the time of day, location specific environmental conditions and many more data points. This AI tool is not designed to replace the role of the coach but to give your coach the confidence that every session you are programmed is 100% specific to your relative fatigue, the conditions you are training in and that you are doing the right training at the right time, every time.
