Personal Training


I started my PT journey as I was regularly getting injured and I wanted to understand how the body worked in more detail. It quickly became clear to me that through this knowledge, I could also support others in similar situations to mine.

I've been training individuals on a one-to-one basis for 3 years now; building confidence not only in self, but in using gym equipment and how to build a long-term habit with strength training.

I'm really passionate about empowering women to take control of their future health and fitness through strength and resistance training and would love to help you do the same.
